We first used Falcon Estates in 2005 buying an off plan property, I genuinely have never been able to thank them enough. We were in our 20’s at the time so especially cautious and researched for around 1 ½ years and we are openly pedantic. Falcon were so professional, considerate, informative, organised patient and honest.
We tried a number of estate agents when looking, not one of them came close to be comparable to Falcon. They seemed to know the best developers and properties and as soon as they knew what we were looking for did not waste our precious time with inferior properties. It’s the little things as well like they always had the right key and on time (rare in Turkey).
It is safe to say without Falcon we wouldn’t have bought and it was one of the best and exciting ventures we had. After we bought on the complex we were the first to get all the paperwork including the tapu some owners had to wait years, they also oversaw that our contract agreements were always honoured.
When we sold our apartment 6 years later, we referred our prospective buyers to them and after collecting several quotes and after they were able to demonstrate how professional and organised they are. It was a no brainer who they were going to choose. Buying I’m told can be a stressful time however hand on heart with Falcon estates guiding us it was far from it.
I cannot recommend them enough! One of the best companies I’ve had the pleasure to work with and are totally indebted to them for their kindness and help.

estate agent to be safe – which was exactly the right thing to do as we are now
so pleased with our beautiful home.Because Falcon Estates listened to what we wanted they were able to recommend
many different properties within our budget and in areas they knew we would

Buying a property abroad can initially seem a daunting undertaking.
However after lots of research we chose Falcon Estates of Fethyie to
guide us through the whole process, from finding the property that
matched our requirements to organising every step of the purchasing
paperwork and legalities. Falcon Estates were fantastic arranging
everything for us from military checks to hiring solicitors and
translators. All we were required to do was turn up at the Falcon
Estates offices and Serif took us to all the places we needed to be to
in order to complete the paperwork.
Upon our return to England, we were kept informed of progress and all
of our enquires were answered promptly and professionally, nothing was
too much trouble. Even when the purchase was complete the after care
service Falcon Estates provided us with was exceptional.

We were buying apartment in Fethiye, for this purpose we asked assistance of real estate agency FALCON ESTATE.
In this company we got full information regarding all stages in the process of buying real estate in Turkey, we had a qualified help in every step of this process – starting from negotiating contract with the owner, ending with getting all ready documents on time. We spent very less time on all procedures, since managers of the Falcon Real estate agency took all the ceremonial functions on their side and already, when we came back in the spring, in suitable for us time, we received all the ready documents, keys from home and a report regarding all expanses. Owners of the company Mr Mustafa Tekin and Mrs Aylin Berk were very kind and patient to all our request and wishes, moreover they even helped us with subjects not related with real estate but with information more about How to leave in Turkey when you own holiday home.
